Returns Policy
If, for any reason, it becomes necessary to return a product for service or refund:

Contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or RMA.

In the original packaging, mail the item to:

PLEASE remember to include the RMA on the shipping label.

Barbarian Computer Worx^® will not pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

With returns for service, the customer will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of product, and an estimate as to the time involved in the repair or replacement.

With returns for refund, the customer will be refunded the original purchase price and any applicable sales tax - minus a 10% restocking fee.

All fees for shipping & handling are non-refundable.

If the original order was paid for with a credit card, any refund would be applied to that same credit card - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping Procedures
Most purchases will ship within 7 to 10 business days - the customer will be notified of any further delays.

The Barbarian Computer Worx^® online shopping system accepts Visa^®, MasterCard^®, American Express^®, Discover^®, and PayPal^® Echecks^®. Our online shopping system is processed through the secure online-transaction service PayPal^®. This service is free to you and does not require you to create an account with PayPal^®.

Barbarian Computer Worx^® charges a flat fee for shipping & handling on all purchases, regardless of destination:

At this time, Barbarian Computer Worx^® does not accept international orders.

All orders will ship, insured, via UPS^® Ground. The customer will be notified when their order ships, and when to expect delivery.

All orders purchased with a credit card will be shipped to that card's Billing Address. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is for the customer's protection, to help prevent fraud.

Barbarian Computer Worx^® ONLY sells software WITH a computer system - we DO NOT sell software separately. If the online shopping system happens to process an order for software separate from a computer system - that order will be cancelled, with any charges or payments refunded.
